Build Your Career Here.
We're growing into commercial work across Colorado — and we're hiring people who take pride in the trade.
Why Ruff Construction
Real Craft. Real Growth.
- Work that matters: commercial buildouts and custom residential — not production repeats.
- Learn the whole job: rough framing through finish, plus commercial site management as we grow.
- Training paid for: OSHA 10/30 and manufacturer certifications (Trex, Sundance).
- Family-owned: you'll know the people whose name is on the truck.
